another great tool is HyperOffice . its web based and very easy to set up and use. very extensive feature range - email, unlimited easy to set up intranet and extranet pages, document storage, calendars, forums, permission management, task management, Outlook integration, etc etc.

It has some unique features as well - mobile access, document collaboration right from the mobile, integrated web conferencing
